How Add-Ons Work

Every A-Part listing starts with our base listing fee of $745, which includes your property listing on A-Part and major property portals. Add-ons let you enhance your listing with professional services, marketing, and premium portal placements.

You can select add-ons during the listing creation process, or purchase them later from your seller dashboard. Each add-on is a one-time purchase - no hidden fees or recurring charges.

Tip: You don't need everything. Choose the add-ons that make sense for your property and budget. A great set of photos and a clear floorplan are the two things buyers value most.

Add-Ons FAQ

Yes. You can purchase any add-on at any time from your seller dashboard. There's no requirement to select everything upfront during the listing creation process.

Delivery times vary by service. Photography is typically scheduled within 3-5 business days. Floorplans and copywriting are delivered within 48 hours. Signs and print materials are dispatched within 5 business days. Digital ad campaigns go live within 24 hours of purchase.

Add-ons that haven't been actioned yet can be refunded. Once a service has been delivered (photos taken, signs printed, ads launched), refunds are not available. Contact us if you have any concerns about a purchase.

While not required, professional photography is the single most impactful add-on. Listings with professional photos receive significantly more enquiries and sell faster. If you're choosing just one add-on, make it this one.
